Ministry Spotlight: Compassion by Command
Compassion by Command is an innovative resource for churches to explore the issues of poverty and delve into Biblical directives related to the poor.
Compassion by Command is a Bible study package, a training tool that includes a full-length movie, real life stories, and biblically-based discussion questions. It also provides a forum for determining practical steps for making a difference in your community.
Here's Life Inner City is committed to reaching those in need with spiritual and physical resources. As we partner with churches and individuals around the nation to carry out our mission, there are two converging patterns we've noticed. We'd like to share the video and hear what you think! Feel free to discuss the seminar after you watch the video! Also, read Tim Keller's outline and handout entitled, "The Gospel and the Poor." In addition to Rev. Keller's talk, we've posted an exclusive interview below!
